About me.
My decision to become a chef started at an early age when I watched many cooking shows with my older brother, telling him, "One day, you will be watching me right there!" From that moment, I could only envision my future as a chef, without realizing how challenging it would be.
Cooking was always in my blood...
Time spent in the kitchen is something I enjoy the most, creating new dishes, and looking for new ingredients and ideas, there is always something to discover. Being in the kitchen is no longer a must but something where I feel "home". I've honed my culinary skills for over 15+ years in top Michelin-star restaurants and 5-star hotels such as Driftwood Hotel in Cornwall or Coworth Park in Ascot, and continued to broaden my knowledge by joining several internships in top-notch establishments, including restaurant Field in Prague. Thanks to that, I created contacts in the produce world with the best local suppliers I can trust and continue cooperating with. In recent years, I've been working as a private chef for countless VIP clients.
One of my favourite things to do is eat out, as it serves as a form of relaxation and education for me. I often try to learn the tricks and techniques used by chefs to inspire my new menu creations and provide the best possible experience for my guests.
I was always convinced that one day I will be able to run my show, maybe not on TV but at least in your own house! ;)
